Due to exciting business growth, a fantastic opportunity has opened up for THREE INVESTMENT ADMINISTRATORS to join a leading boutique investment management company at their Bristol office. The role involves delivering exceptional client service by managing the initiation of the account opening and amendment processes, which includes reviewing documentation, assessing its completeness, and monitoring progress until completion.

Responsibilities of the Investment Administrator include:

  • Tracking and monitoring the progress of client cases, coordinating with Investment Managers or directly with Professional Intermediaries as needed.
  • Ensuring prompt banking of client cheques and timely, accurate application of funds.
  • Supporting effective risk management by maintaining up-to-date money laundering documentation.
  • Promoting best practices by advising Investment Managers on proper documentation and procedures.
  • Facilitating income generation by providing administrative support to enhance capacity for Investment Managers working with multiple IFAs.

Requirements for the successful Investment Administrator:

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with account opening and amendment systems such as Quasar highly desirable
