IDEX Consulting is working with one of the UK's leading Trustee consulting firms in the search for a Trustee Associate for their award winning client.This role will benefit someone who is from a pension scheme governance background and looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in the industry.What You'll Do:
- Maintain good governance of occupational pension schemes, whether ongoing, winding up, or in a Pension Protection Fund Assessment Period
- Writing minutes accurately and noting actions to be taken
- Act as a Scheme Secretary, supporting trustees with governance, reporting, and compliance
- Manage key projects including adviser reviews, liability management exercises, member case reviews, and regulatory reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) occupational pension schemes.
- Strong skills in governance, administration, and compliance.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and project management
- Progress towards professional qualifications (PMI Award in Pensions Trusteeship or equivalent).
- Pension Protection Fund experience is a plus!
