Our client, an independent leading provider of audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory services, has an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Administrator to join their team!
路 Ensure consistency of service to the firms team and clients
路 Administering the client take on and maintenance procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters are issued, and systems are kept up to date, including anti money laundering checks
路 Liaising with client delivery team to ensure all work is properly scheduled and delivered on time
路 Administering the client disengagement procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters are issued, and systems are kept up to date
Key skills/ experience:
路 Experience of working in a similar Administration role
路 Strong administration skills are a necessity
路 Advanced IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS office
路 Strong organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
路 Self-motivated and ability to prioritise and progress own workload
路 High level of regard for confidentiality
路 Good understanding of data protection requirements
路 Professional services experience is desirable
