Working closely with Paraplanning, Financial Planning, and Investment Management teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of administrative tasks that form the backbone of excellent client service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely, clear, and professional responses.
  • Data & Documentation Management: Support onboarding processes, manage client records with precision, and prepare client portfolio valuations.
  • Operational Support: Handle correspondence, post, invoicing, and fee reconciliations, ensuring all workflows align with regulatory standards.
  • Process Enhancement: Participate in team meetings and contribute to initiatives that improve service delivery.
  • General Administration: Peer-check colleagues’ work, support ad-hoc projects, and maintain client relationship standards.
Skills & Experience You'll Bring
  • Proven administration experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills (GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and client database systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
