Principal Pensions Administrator

Our large multinational financial services client requires driven individuals to join their dynamic and growing workforce as a Principal Pensions Administrator. This position is a permanent and the client is looking for ambitious individuals with a progressive attitude.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Office Flexibility: Working from Home availability (2 days per week). Office based 3 x days.

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum PLUS benefits.

Key Requirements: The candidate will normally have a minimum 5 years’ experience of occupational pension scheme administration including management and or mentoring of team members; Minimum of 3 years as Senior Pensions Administrator.

Key Responsibilities: The candidate will administer occupational pension schemes in accordance with contracts to the required standards and deadlines. Responsible for day-to-day administration for a portfolio of occupational pension schemes plus responsibility for up to 5 members of staff. Deputising for CSD Team Manager when required.

  • Carry out complex pension administration tasks and calculations including overseeing the management of treasury and payroll in accordance with internal processes and company
  • Supervise, train, coach and mentor

  • Attend Trustee and ad hoc client meetings as

  • Ensure client work is processed accurately and in a timely manner within target dates.
