They are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Investment Administrator with a strong interest in the sector to join their established team. This role will enhance investment administration support for managers and assist clients and advisors. The successful candidate will be key in managing and developing their client base. Responsibilities include overseeing the client journey and handling some general office administration tasks. You will report to the Team Head and receive comprehensive training, with opportunities to progress as you learn.

About the Investment Administrator Role (Responsibilities)

  • Respond to administrative inquiries from clients and advisers via phone, letter, or email.
  • Draft correspondence and facilitate the opening of new accounts.
  • Assist investment managers with portfolio management and monitor transactions.
  • Keep all parties updated on progress.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their agents.
  • Comfort in written and verbal communication is essential.

About You (Skills)

  • Ideally, you will have experience as an Investment Administrator in Wealth or Investment Management, but those looking to start as Trainee Investment Managers are also welcome.
  • Independent thinkers with an interest in financial services are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • A Financial Qualification like QFA is a plus.
