Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and reports.
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning strategies and proposals.
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Supporting senior planners in delivering successful outcomes for a diverse range of projects.
- Contributing to site appraisals and feasibility studies.
Ideal Candidate:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Some previous experience in a planning role (either through work or placement) would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- An understanding of planning legislation and policies is desirable but not essential.
