About the Role

You'll play a key role in delivering complex planning strategies, with a focus on large-scale residential-led schemes. Working closely with landowners, developers, and local authorities, you'll provide expert advice and lead projects through the planning system from inception to approval.

What We're Looking For

MRTPI qualified with substantial experience in the planning sector.
Proven track record delivering residential planning projects (ideally strategic land).
Strong leadership and client management skills.
Excellent knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
Confident communicator, commercially minded, and proactive in your approach.
