A leading, award-winning planning consultancy is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their high-performing Planning and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver planning applications for complex projects across a range of sectors

  • Provide expert advice on planning strategy, feasibility, and regulatory requirements

  • Prepare planning documents, reports, and environmental assessments

  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups

  • Contribute to business growth through support on bids and proposals

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • RTPI membership (or working towards it)

  • Solid understanding of UK planning policy, legislation, and best practices

  • Strong communication and project management skills
