Your Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will take a lead role in delivering complex town planning projects across a variety of sectors, from residential to commercial developments, with a large portion of the project portfolio being infrastructure based projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading planning applications and providing strategic advice to clients.
  • Preparing reports, planning statements, and assessments.
  • Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Supporting business development efforts and writing proposals.

What You Bring

  • MRTPI (or equivalent) accreditation.
  • Significant experience in town planning, ideally with DCO, energy, or infrastructure experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to planning challenges.
