Your Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will take a lead role in delivering complex town planning projects across a variety of sectors, from residential to commercial developments, with a large portion of the project portfolio being infrastructure based projects. Key responsibilities include:

Leading planning applications and providing strategic advice to clients.
Preparing reports, planning statements, and assessments.
Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and the public.
Managing and mentoring junior team members.
Supporting business development efforts and writing proposals.

What You Bring

MRTPI (or equivalent) accreditation.
Significant experience in town planning, ideally with DCO, energy, or infrastructure experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to planning challenges.
