About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and pre-application enquiries.

  • Conduct research and prepare planning appraisals and strategy reports.

  • Monitor and negotiate planning applications post-submission.

  • Liaise with planning officers, stakeholders, and clients to progress planning matters.

  • Keep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
