About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and pre-application enquiries.
Conduct research and prepare planning appraisals and strategy reports.
Monitor and negotiate planning applications post-submission.
Liaise with planning officers, stakeholders, and clients to progress planning matters.
Keep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes.
Requirements:
A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
A good understanding of the UK planning system.
Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop a career in planning.
