About the Role as a Town Planner:

Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:

Prepare and manage planning applications, EIARs, and statutory consents.
Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Provide expert planning advice across a range of projects.
Stay informed on planning regulations and policy developments.

What they are looking for as a Town Planner:

A degree in Planning or a related field (RTPI or IPI accredited preferred).
Demonstrable experience in a planning role (graduates with strong internships considered).
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Knowledge of Irish planning systems and regulations.
A proactive, solution-focused approach.
