About the Role as a Town Planner:

Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:

  • Prepare and manage planning applications, EIARs, and statutory consents.
  • Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert planning advice across a range of projects.
  • Stay informed on planning regulations and policy developments.

What they are looking for as a Town Planner:

  • A degree in Planning or a related field (RTPI or IPI accredited preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience in a planning role (graduates with strong internships considered).
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
