The planning team provides consultancy services to developers, investors, landowners, house builders, and the public sector throughout the region. With teams in major English cities, the firm benefits from extensive knowledge across various service lines, including urban design, development consultancy, and regeneration, all based in Bristol.

The planning team's work is diverse, rewarding, and has a direct impact on clients' businesses. Key services include:

  • Planning policy and site appraisals
  • Preparing and managing planning applications

  • Stakeholder engagement and public consultation support
