About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior to Mid-Level Land, Building, and Underground Mapping Surveyor to join a growing company in the South Wales and Bristol region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform land, building, and underground utility surveys using tools like total stations, GPS, and ground-penetrating radar (GPR).
  • Process survey data with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software to produce detailed maps and reports.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure all surveying equipment is maintained and calibrated for accuracy.
  • Travel to various project sites across the region as required.

About You:

  • Experience in land, building, or underground mapping surveying (internships or relevant experience for junior-level applicants are welcome).
  • Proficiency with surveying tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and total stations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Relevant qualifications in surveying or equivalent hands-on experience.
