Our client is currently seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their team in Bristol. As a member of our client's Banking & Finance team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile cases across various sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, and technology. Our client's team is known for its expertise in acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, and asset-based lending, and has been recognised for their outstanding work by legal directories. With transactions ranging from £1 million to £1 billion, you will be exposed to a diverse range of clients, including borrowers, lenders, and sponsors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional client service.
  • Engaging in initiatives that enhance the workplace culture, and developing new and existing client relationships.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
  • Being self-motivated and willing to learn is also important.
  • You must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
