Douglas Scott are currently working with a top tier defendant law firm who are seeking a Clinical Negligence Junior Associate to join their busy team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern law firm with a strong presence on the defendant healthcare market. As a Clinical Negligence Junior Associate, you will work alongside a senior fee earner on a caseload of high value, defendant Clinical Negligence matters to include brain injuries, birth injuries, surgical errors and misdiagnosis. As you become established within in the team there will be opportunities to take on your own smaller caseload. The ideal candidate will have previous Clinical Negligence experience either within a Clinical Negligence focused role or a seat in their training contract. Whilst defendant experience would be ideal, the firm are also considering applicants with a background in claimant work.
