The Role This is an opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of pre-action and litigated cases while supporting senior colleagues on high-profile, complex claims of maximum severity. You will work in a well-resourced and supportive setting, delivering exceptional client service while achieving positive outcomes; responsibilities include drafting court documents, preparing witness statements, interviewing clients, complying with pre-litigation protocols, attending hearings; advising on funding options such as CFAs and legal aid. You will also engage in non-fee-earning tasks – professional development, business development, cost management, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and firm regulations. Who You will be a qualified lawyer or FCILEx specialising in claimant clinical negligence, with strong IT literacy and the ability to adapt to new systems.
