You will assist in providing exceptional service to corporate clients and individuals, managing various domestic and international disputes arising from business activities. Team Overview The team has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Recognised for excellence, they are ranked in both the London and Southwest divisions by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. Their expertise includes corporate and commercial litigation, professional negligence, reputation management, intellectual property, data privacy, fraud, regulatory investigations, and insurance coverage.As part of a broader Dispute Resolution practice, the team collaborates with specialists in various contentious matters, offering outstanding training and career development opportunities in an inclusive environment. Working Environment Flexible working arrangements are embraced, that enhance client service and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
