A leading and innovative law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of complex, multi-track commercial disputes, working within a firm that values collaboration, career progression, and high-quality legal service delivery.
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with senior colleagues, supervise junior team members, and handle litigation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including multi-track disputes.
- Handle cases from initial assessment to trial, mediation, or ADR.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on litigation risks and case strategy.
- Represent clients in County Court, High Court, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Accurately assess prospects of success and financial risks of litigation.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality legal work.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient, client-focused legal services.
- 26 days of holiday, with an option to purchase an additional 5 days.
