Commercial Property Land Development Solicitor - Southwest

An opportunity to join this well-established law firm as a Partner or Senior Associate with the commercial property department specialising in Land Development to be based in any of their offices in the Southwest.

You will advise on: 

  • Site acquisition 
  • Promotion agreements, option agreements and hybrid promotion/options
  • Conditional contracts, conditional on planning and/ or provision of infrastructure
  • Site assembly and disposals
  • Collaboration agreements between land owners

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in commercial property land development working at senior associate/partner level
  • In-depth knowledge of property law, planning regulations, and real estate transactions
  • Proven experience in handling complex property development matters
