- Experienced with NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts, professional appointments, and ancillary construction documentation.
- Beneficial experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on construction aspects of land sale contracts, agreements for lease, and development agreements.
- Skilled at building strong, lasting client relationships with a genuine commitment to their business needs.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, eager to expand knowledge of the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Up to date with policy and legal developments in construction and engineering, with enthusiasm for the sector's impact on clients and business growth.
