Your new firmThis highly regarded and directory rated Top 100 national firm has an impressive presence in the construction sector and is currently looking to recruit a junior Contentious Construction lawyer to join their Bristol team. Your new roleWith a broad ranging practice providing comprehensive contentious and non-contentious advice, this team have a diverse client base spanning the housing, local authority, education, renewable energy, infrastructure, rail, highways and registered provider sectors.The team advise on a broad range of issues ranging from energy and waste projects, to major development and regeneration schemes, and have enjoyed acting on some high profile and sector shaping matters that have recently made it to the Court of Appeal.Having been enjoying sustained growth in their instructions, they are now keen to hire a junior Contentious Construction lawyer for the multi-office team.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a recently qualified contentious construction lawyer with an excellent contentious Construction skillset (though experience of providing non-contentious advice would be beneficial) and have worked for a leading construction team. Experience of advising clients in the public sector would be a distinct advantage, though large scale private sector experience would be of interest too.
