Your new firmOur Top 100 client are top of their game in the Insurance Litigation sector. You will be joining the rapidly growing Bristol office of this fantastic firm with an international presence. The highly regarded Construction Professional Indemnity team plays a key role in the office's overall insurance offering.Your new roleYou will be given responsibility and autonomy early on in this exciting role to manage complex high value claims acting for many of the major global insurers and insureds. You will defend claims against a raft of professional advisors including engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, design/ build contractors and surveyors, while working for a team top ranked by the directories.With existing relationships with major insurers well established, you will handle and be reporting to insurers on often difficult and complex areas of law.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a recently qualified Litigator who has trained and worked for a leading Commercial Litigation or Insurance Litigation firm.An excellent underlying litigation skillset is key and experience of handling Construction Insurance or wider Professional Indemnity claims would be a distinct advantage, though applications from litigators keen to move into this sector would also be considered.You will be solution focused with the ability to play a key role in a large cross-office team.What you'll get in returnThis is an exciting time to become part of a rapidly growing and highly regarded Construction Insurance Team.
