The firm is actively seeking either a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to join the disputes team to focus on contentious probate and trusts.Â
What will you need?
- At least 2 PQE in litigationÂ
- Contentious probate/trusts experience is ideal, but not essential.
- If you have a general dispute resolution background and wish to specialise in contentious probate, you are encouraged to apply!

What will you do?
- Manage a high-quality contentious probate/trust caseload
- Advise on a high-value and high-profile contentious trusts/probate matter
- Work closely with trainees and receive full secretarial support
