- Act as the main client contact in the absence of the Head of Department.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and contacts.
- Provide professional support to clients, ensuring timely communication.
- Manage a caseload independently, including file setup, searches, drafting contracts, and handling all aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Assist with business development efforts.
- Support the Head of Department/Director in managing legal procedures and file-related inquiries.
- Strong educational background and IT proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Minimum of four years' experience in residential conveyancing.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
