Are you an experienced conveyancer seeking a new challenge? Our client, a reputable Legal 500 firm with over 140 professionals across 12 offices, is looking for a skilled residential conveyancer to join their Bristol team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main client contact in the absence of the Head of Department.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and contacts.
  • Provide professional support to clients, ensuring timely communication.
  • Manage a caseload independently, including file setup, searches, drafting contracts, and handling all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Assist with business development efforts.
  • Support the Head of Department/Director in managing legal procedures and file-related inquiries.
RequirementsEssential:
  • Strong educational background and IT proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Desirable:
  • Minimum of four years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
