They are renowned for providing high-quality creative and effective solutions to clients across a range of industry sectors, both nationally and internationally.Your new roleYou will enjoy high quality work and a high-profile client base that ranges from corporate entities and trusts, to charitable bodies, as well as High Net Worth individuals domiciled in the UK and abroad. You will deal with M&A - both public and private, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. This role provides excellent opportunities to use a wide-range of skills and experience and you will enjoy a varied caseload of fast-paced transactions as part of partner-led teams.What you'll need to succeedOur client is looking for experienced Corporate Lawyers who have an established Corporate background, working for a leading City or national firm. Your experience will cover handling the full raft of M&A transactions and ideally you will have enjoyed exposure to handling work in the energy, transport or financial services sectors.
