Your new firmThis established international law firm is looking for a Corporate solicitor at the Senior Associate or Associate Director level to join their highly regarded top tier Corporate team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected and vibrant team with the prospect of a varied and interesting workload. You will have the opportunity to work on both national and international deals whilst all the time pursuing sector interests and within a supportive and collegiate environment.Your new roleThis team provide the full spectrum of corporate services including private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fund formation and financial services. The firm focus on acting for clients within the key sectors of digital business, financial services, real estate & infrastructure and energy & utilities. You will enjoy working with clients such as large quoted companies, privately owned businesses, banks, financial institutions and institutional investors; in the last year the team have acted on over 60 deals with an aggregate value of over £2billion.What you will need to succeedOur client are keen to hear from candidates at the senior associate or associate director level. You will have gained a wide range of experience at a well-respected City or highly regarded national firm. Due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, you will ideally be a 4-8 PQE lawyer, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered.
