Corporate Solicitor (Associate) - Bristol

Quite a unique corporate solicitor opportunity at associate level (3 – 5 PQE) to work closely with a Partner and his impressive client base at a seriously ambitious Legal 100 law firm in Bristol. 

What you will do:

  • Corporate lawyer working closely with clients in a quasi "in-house" role
  • Strong background in M&A
  • Ability to adapt into an advisory role as well as transactional 

The role:

  • Working alongside a senior partner and their portfolio of International corporate clients
  • Be an extension to client's internal teams working alongside; finance, commercial and HR departments
  • Advising across the range of corporate transactions
