Corporate Associate/Senior Associate – Energy

Bristol

This is a chance to join a leading international law firm as a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate. Based in Bristol, this role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) who are eager to contribute to a highly regarded team in the sector. In this unique opportunity, you will work with prestigious clients on renewable energy projects, advising on development, financing, construction and acquisitions across diverse sectors, including solar, wind and EV infrastructure.

The Role

As a key member of the Energy practice, you will:

  • Lead on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, with a focus on the Energy sector
  • Act for and advise leading infrastructure funds and energy companies on high-profile transactions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, managing deals from inception to completion

What Experience is Required?

  • A qualified lawyer (England and Wales) with at least 5 years' PQE from a leading international or national firm
  • Strong experience in corporate transactions, ideally with exposure to infrastructure funds
  • Proven ability to lead deals, coordinate specialists, and deliver under tight deadlines
