Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, advising on deputyships, statutory wills, and complex capacity issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide clear, compassionate legal advice.
  • Handle the financial management and property affairs of clients lacking capacity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the growth of the Court of Protection team.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: 2+ years PQE in Court of Protection or Private Client work.
  • Skills: Strong client management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
  • Attributes: A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality legal services.
