With an influx of work due to client referrals, this is an exciting time to become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking legal practice. The successful candidate will be working on all aspects of Court of Protection for both elderly clients and individuals who have suffered brain injuries. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Making applications to appoint replacement trustees
  • Statutory will, gifting and compromise applications
  • Deputyship Administration
  • Investigating and reinstating the incapacitated person’s estate
  • Working with other teams in the firm where the client requires litigation to be undertaken on their behalf
  • Applications for recognition and enforcement
