Position: Employment Law Solicitor/Associate (3-8PQE) Salary: Up to £75,000 Location: Bristol/Somerset Overview I’m looking to speak with experienced Employment Law Solicitors interested in joining a leading regional team at a Legal 200 firm. Whilst the position will be based out of Bristol, providing a full range of services primarily to corporate clients, the firm’s hybrid working model allows flexibility for those who can attend the office weekly or fortnightly for team and client meetings. This is an opportunity to thrive in a role offering flexible working, a supportive culture, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a highly regarded Employment team. The Role You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, primarily supporting corporate employer clients. Clients also include senior executives, professional sports players, managers, trade unions, and claimants involved in high-value disputes. Your workload will span disputes, general advisory work, and corporate support, offering exposure to complex, high-value claims, strategic matters, and sport employment regulatory issues. Who You will have a minimum of 3PQE, with strong experience handling a range of employment law and HR matters, managing Tribunal cases from inception to final hearing, advising on disciplinary proceedings, grievances, redundancies, and discrimination issues, and preparing employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and settlement agreements.
