A leading multi-disciplinary set of barristers' chambers based in Bristol and London is seeking an enthusiastic Events Executive for a part-time role. This position requires a blend of creativity and practicality to design, plan, and execute events that enhance the profile of the chambers and facilitate professional networking.

What You'll Be Doing?
  • Designing, planning, and coordinating a range of marketing events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Collaborating with barristers, practice managers, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Managing event logistics, such as venue bookings, supplies procurement, guest lists, ticketing, and technical rehearsals.
  • Supporting the Marketing Executive in the delivery of marketing activities and maintaining relationships with venue providers and suppliers.
  • Overseeing the production of branded merchandise and other marketing materials.

What Experience You'll Need to Apply?
  • Background in event coordination, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage several concurrent tasks.
  • Keen eye for detail and strong project management abilities.
  • Experience in planning and executing a variety of event formats, including in-person and virtual events.
