The firm are looking for a Team Leader to manage a pod of 3 or 4 existing family lawyers. Your workload will be spilt around 50% your own caseload and 50% management duties.

Requirements

  • It's likely you're a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor within family that's frustrated because of a lack of progression opportunities, flexibility or challenge
  • You'll be comfortable leading your own caseload of finance and children cases
  • You're ambitious, you want to progress your career and you want to develop
  • You understand the need for empathy and sensitivity for clients going through an incredibly difficult period
  • You might be in a senior fee earning role and looking to move into a more managerial position.
