Role Overview:They are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Conveyancing to lead and further develop their successful residential conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to have a direct influence on the direction and growth of the department, ensuring continued excellence in client service and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the residential conveyancing team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Oversee complex residential conveyancing transactions, offering guidance and support to the team.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the department, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards.
  • Maintain and build upon the firm’s reputation for delivering high-quality conveyancing services.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE.
  • Proven experience in managing a small team within a residential conveyancing setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to drive the growth and development of the department.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to excellent service.
