Your new firmOur leading national client are seeking experienced Regulatory lawyers to join their highly regarded Healthcare Regulatory team in their Bristol office. This UK-Top 100 commercial law firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services including advice and support to health, social care, education and housing organisations across the public and independent sector.Your new roleIn your fantastic new role, you will be working in the healthcare regulatory team where you will be managing your own varied caseload of both advisory and litigation matters, along with the opportunity to provide advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings and Tribunals. You will also be actively involved in ongoing client care and business development for your team. As this is a more senior role, you will have the opportunity to assist with the wider management and supervision of the team which spans across multiple offices.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an established Regulatory lawyer with experience of working for a leading national or regional firm with a keen interest in developing your career in Health, Social Care or Education Law. You will be someone with technical excellence and a lateral thinker. Experience of dealing with public law disputes and broader regulatory & compliance interest is desirable.
