- Complex litigation within the Court of Protection

- Representing clients in inquests
About You:
You will have:
- A qualification as a Solicitor with 2 years’ PQE up to Senior Associate level
- Experience in defendant work
- Expertise in healthcare law, inquests, and court of protection cases
- Knowledge of mental capacity law and related areas
