This role involves shaping and expanding our renowned UK-wide construction practice, delivering innovative, client-focused legal solutions. Who You will have at least 10 years of experience, specialising in high-value non-contentious construction matters, with a proven track record of managing complex construction projects and drafting and negotiating intricate contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements for large-scale developments. You will have a deep understanding of construction law, project development, and contract management, paired with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Your ability to build and sustain strong client relationships will be enhanced by strategic advice, responsiveness, and identifying market opportunities to drive business growth and expand client networks.
