The team have a new opportunity for an experienced solicitor to strengthen their national offering, joining a highly motivated and supportive team with a wealth of relevant experience. What? The team delivers comprehensive legal services tailored to the needs of trustees, providers, and sponsoring employers of UK pension schemes. They work with some of the UK’s major corporations and schemes, spanning various sectors, including public service and non-profit organisations. Their support covers all aspects of pension law, from handling day-to-day member inquiries and addressing complaints, to overseeing complex restructurings and liability management projects. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the firm’s growth by enhancing its brand and reputation, while building and sustaining client relationships. The firm are looking for someone ready to take a lead role in expanding their market presence and overseeing transactions from start to finish. If you're interested in managing others, this position also offers the chance to develop those skills. You You'll need to be a technically skilled pensions solicitor with at least 5 PQE and a strong desire for further development. While experience in a large practice is not necessary, a background in an established pensions law team is essential, as well as demonstrable experience in drafting key documentation for UK pension schemes.
