Personal Injury Associate - Product Liability

My client is a top tier, defendant law firm who are seeking a Personal Injury Associate to join their specialist liability team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious law firm within a friendly, cohesive team that can offer you excellent training and career prospects. As a Personal Injury Associate, you will manage a caseload of personal injuries resulting from faulty products on behalf of a range of liability insurer clients. The cases will be a combination of fast track and multi track matters and there will also be opportunities to assist a Partner on higher value, Catastrophic Injury cases. On top of the Personal Injury work, there will be opportunities to get involved with regulatory matters such as health and safety investigations/prosecutions and inquests. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with between 0-4 years' PQE and must have previous experience of handling litigated personal injury matters.
