We're seeking to recruit a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client's Succession & Tax team. Our client's organisation has a strong reputation for providing high-quality regional and national High Net Worth services. They are looking for someone who is eager to develop their expertise and profile in a collaborative and encouraging environment.

As a Private Client Associate, your main responsibility will be working on complex private client matters involving High Net and Ultra High Net Worth individuals and their advisors. Many of the clients own rural estates, so you will work closely with our client's Farms, Estates and Rural Land specialist team to provide the best possible advice and service to the clients.

Your duties will include:

  • Wealth, estate, and tax planning, trust advice, probate administration, and drafting wills as needed.
  • You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters while receiving the right level of independence and support.
  • Working alongside other specialist lawyers in the Private Wealth team.

To be successful in this role:

  • You need to have experience in private client work and be capable of building lasting relationships with clients.
  • You should also possess good communication skills and have a commercial and pragmatic outlook.
  • Our client values teamwork and collaboration, so being a team player is crucial.
  • In addition, you should have a strong motivation to provide exceptional service to clients and possess a degree of independence in managing your workload.
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting juniors in the team is also important in this role.
