Your new companyOur client are looking for Private Client/Probate lawyers to join their well-established department and currently have several positions available at different levels, from NQ through to experienced lawyers, as well as non-qualified candidates with equivalent legal experience. Our client offers a flexible and agile (home) working environment, so you can adjust your working location to suit your personal circumstances. This role is a home working position involving some travel to one of their offices nationally. (For example their Bristol office is based just outside of Bristol city centre, and they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.)Your new roleIn this role, you'll manage your own caseload end-to-end, and focus on the needs of your clients. You'll take responsibility for a varied caseload of probate cases from start to finish, using a case management system. You'll work collaboratively with support from experienced members of the team to continually develop your expertise. If joining at the more senior level, you'll have the opportunity to manage a caseload of high net worth and complex cases from start to finish and provide legal technical know-how to other members of the team.About youThese probate roles are open to lawyers at NQ level through to more experienced lawyers operating at Senior Associate/Legal Director level. This role would suit someone with a solid background in Probate; you will be qualified as a solicitor, CILEX or STEP qualification, or you might not be qualified but have equivalent legal experience with significant probate experience. You will have a client-focussed approach, with the ability to put the client's interests at the heart of what you do. If joining at the more senior end, you will have the ability to handle a wide variety of complex cases and experience of dealing with taxable estates to include GROBs, POAT, business, agricultural and cross border interests.
