  • Responsibilities include resolving property related disputes for charities, maximizing the value of clients' properties, and handling various property litigation cases

This is a new position for a property litigation solicitor at circa 1 PQE to join an ambitious and collegiate Legal 100 law firm to focus on an impressive client base within the charity sector. 

What will you do? 

  • Resolve property related disputes for charities
  • Maximise the value of their legacies, support the legal teams and manage property portfolios
  • Maximise the value of your clients’ properties (whether gifted to them through legacies, charitable purpose, operational or retail), to optimise income & achieve wider goals 
  • Cases will include but not limited to Title queries, lost deeds, third party rights (rights of way, easements restrictive covenants, Town and Village Greens) landlord and tenant, overages and professional negligence

What will you need? 

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a solicitor or legal executive
  • Property litigation experience 
  • Ability to be creative in solving legal issues
