It is actively looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team that has gained major new clients and high-profile projects.
The Role
- You’ll advise a wide range of clients across public, private and third sectors
- Handle property litigation cases in UK courts and tribunals
- Provide strategic contentious property advice outside of litigation
- Work on cases that have influenced or clarified property law
- Advise on Building Safety Act 2022 matters and residential leasehold management
What experience is required?
- Qualified solicitor with strong property litigation experience circa 3PQE+
- Excellent technical expertise, drafting and legal analysis skills
- Experience in mentoring junior colleagues and delegating work
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines
