Your new firmOur leading international Top 50 client is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate to join their Top Directory ranked Health and Public Sector Real Estate team in Bristol. Your new roleThis fantastic team handle a broad and varied workload including asset management, acquisition and disposals, and strategic advisory work for the NHS and other major public-sector bodies. Joining the team you will play a key role in helping maintain strategic client relationships, whilst taking the lead on often high value and sensitive client projects. What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Real Estate lawyer with excellent technical skills, as well as a proven track record of running your own complex caseload and ideally supervising junior members of your team. You will be looking to work with a leading Real Estate team with particular focus in the Health and Public Sectors.
