Residential Conveyancing Solicitor , Bristol

You will be an experienced conveyancer looking for your next career opportunity. 

The firm have a great internal culture, a vibrant working environment with a good social scene and the team look after each other.

You'll be a self-motivated fee earner, a team player who is willing to take responsibility to help the team and to ensure you ae meeting the timescales in the process. You will enjoy client contact and you'll be highly organised and motivated. The ideal candidate must demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise within the above areas and be able to work effectively independently. The ideal candidate will also have an interest in marketing and development of the business. 

The role is based in Bristol but the work that comes in is nationwide and one things is for sure you will be very busy indeed !

You will be experienced across all transactions, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages etc. Key responsibilities include:
  • Taking instructions from clients and providing accurate advice
  • Liaising with clients in person, over the phone and in writing
  • Drafting documents
  • Communicating with third parties
  • Preparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularly
  • Ensuring all files are LEXCEL compliant
  • Marketing the firm and helping generate new business leads
