About the Team
You’ll be joining a highly accomplished non-contentious rural and agricultural property team with an established network in the agricultural sector across the South. This vacancy has come about due to the department becoming increasingly busier, hence there is existing working to manage and you will work alongside a supportive and experienced partner who will mentor you and help advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of high-end residential property matters
- Provide advice on premium properties across London, the region, and beyond
- Represent high-net-worth clients with significant rural landed estates
- Offer guidance to private individuals, their advisors and financial institutions
- Engage in regular business development and networking to strengthen client relationshipsÂ
What Experience is Required?
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in high-end conveyancing
- A professional with a proven track record in advising high-net-worth clients and handling premium properties
- A confident and skilled communicator with a passion for business development and networking
- Gravitas and experience in high-value conveyancing are essential
