OVERVIEW
Top tier Legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an award winning team. The firm offers work life balance as well as constant tailored career progression.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a diverse and complex caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters, plot sales and remortgages.
* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
* Oversee and mentor junior members of the team, providing support and guidance on legal matters and case management.
* Work closely with the firm's wider team to deliver efficient and seamless service to clients.
* Liaise with estate agents, financial institutions, and other third parties involved in the conveyancing process.
* Keep abreast of changes in property law and market conditions to ensure best practice and compliance with relevant legislation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with the firm's policies and regulatory requirements.
* Support business development initiatives, including client relationship management, networking, and promoting the firm's services.
* Handle client matters efficiently, meeting deadlines, and managing workloads effectively to achieve optimal outcomes.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
* Qualified solicitor or equivalent at least 2 years post qualified experience in residential property
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client care and satisfaction.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.
* High level of attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Ability to handle a varied and demanding caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
* Knowledge of the latest developments in residential property law and conveyancing processes.
