The successful Residential Property Solicitor should be able to:
- Manage a caseload of files
- Provide expert advice to clients
- Draft, review, and interpret legal documents related to property transactions
- Support junior members of the team by giving them advice when required
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Keep updated with developments in property law
- Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing efforts
Profile
The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have:
- 2-5 years PQE
- Proven experience in managing a residential property caseload
- Comprehensive knowledge of property law
