TSR Legal is thrilled to be working with a boutique law firm renowned for its bespoke, client-focused service across Bristol and Somerset. The firm is looking to expand its property team by recruiting an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision.
• Engage in direct client contact and uphold the firm’s reputation for providing a high-quality service.
• Assist the Partners with internal supervision and the growth of the Property Department across the Bristol and Somerset offices.
• Work flexibly between office locations to suit the business and your preferences.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 4 years PQE in Residential Property.
• Be confident and professional in handling a variety of residential property matters.
• Be capable of working independently while contributing to the growth and development of the team.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to client service.
